So, how does this Treasure Hunt thing work?
First of all, our adventures take place on foot in a small area. Groups are split into teams and are given clues that lead them to different local spots. Teams all visit the same locations, but in a different order. Beware if your paths cross! There are clues to gather, creative challenges (drawing, writing etc), hot guys to track down and cheeky photos to take, items to scavenge, and maybe a quick spot of trivia for the brains of the group! It’s a fun mix of treasure hunt & scavenger hunt with something for everyone. It’s not a race (so there’s no running or sweating involved – phew!) but the team with the most points carries off the booty at the end! Of course, there’s plenty of time for a drink or two along the way.
How much does it cost?
$50pp – for groups of over 10.
$500 flat rate for groups of under ten.
Hen goes free for groups of 15+.
What is included?
A host/hostess and everything you’ll need to play the game. Plus, a table will be reserved and waiting for you at the end, something special for the hen, fun lucky dip for the winners and a complimentary drink for everyone!
How long is the hunt?
About 2.5 hours – including the briefing and 30-minute wrap up at the end held in a heritage pub or inner city bar.
What days do they run?
We can accommodate you any day of the year, except for public holidays. We generally close down the 2nd last week of December and reopen the 2nd weekend of January. We also don’t operate in The Rocks on St Patrick’s Day or Mardi Gras Day in Kings Cross.
How many people in a team?
About six girls per team works best… Give or take a few.
Can I wear heels?
We don’t want you teetering around town in your hottest heels – leave the Jimmy Choos at home. We suggest wearing comfy flats or pop a pair of thongs in your bag.
How do I book?

I haven’t finalised numbers yet. Can I still book?
Don’t worry if you haven’t finalised your numbers – we don’t require them until the week before the hunt, giving you plenty of time to chase up those RSVP’s.
When do you need final numbers and payment?
The Monday before your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal or credit card for the deposit and credit card, eft or bank deposit for the balance.
Where do we meet?
We will send you a map link in your confirmation.
How much walking is involved?
Don’t worry, not too much! We make sure that it is a comfortable walking distance and you shouldn’t need to walk more than ten minutes between any two points. It’s not a race, so you’ll have time to enjoy a drink or two on the way!
I want my little sister to come along but she’s only 16. Can under-18s take part?
Yes and no! Depending on the location – ask us!
What happens at the end of the hunt?
Teams meet up at a mystery pub for a fun 30 minute wrap up at the end. This is where the winners are showered with glory and you all get to enjoy a glass of bubbly!
What happens if it rains?
If you’re up for it, we’ll go ahead! You won’t be outside for extended periods of time. Should there be a sudden downpour, you can always pop into a nearby bar for a cheeky cocktail. It’s best to check the weather on the morning of your hunt and bring your wet weather gear along if needed.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Should you cancel, your deposit is forfeited. If you cancel on the day or after you have paid in full, we are unable to provide refunds. Alternatively, we are more than happy to postpone the event to a later date, in which case, we will hold onto your payment and refund for those that can’t make it.
Can we get our money back if someone from our group doesn’t turn up on the day?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund payments for people that do not show up on the day.
Are the tasks sleazy, embarrassing or tacky?
No, not at all. However if you decide to come dressed with a male appendage attached to your head, so be it! Our events don’t include strippers, drinking games, or embarrassing challenges. That’s one of the reasons our treasure hunts are so popular – everyone can get involved. It’s just good, cheeky, girly fun!
